One to one image mentorship for professional men, without losing an hour of work. Hair and wardrobe locked in within the first 30 days. The physique built over the months that follow.
Four men, real change, no filters. This is what the work actually looks like.

You have the work ethic. You show up, you deliver. Somehow you are still the last person in the room anyone listens to. Here is what that looks like, day to day.
People look past you. In meetings, at events, in the room, on the apps, you are there and nobody registers it, and you can't quite point at why, because everything on paper checks out.
You can tell when another man looks sharp. You cannot tell what sharp looks like on your face, your build and your role. So you copy what worked on someone else, and it never quite lands the same way.
New barber, new photo saved on your phone, same feeling walking out. You are paying every three weeks for a decision you have never been equipped to make, and no barber in a twenty minute appointment is going to make it for you.
Six weeks in, work gets loud, the program stops fitting the week you actually have, and you drop it. Then you start a different one. You have been training for years and you still look like you started from day one.
Half your wardrobe fits you wrong, and none of it really works together. You wear about a fifth of it on rotation, and you're still unsure the fifth you picked is the right one.
So you overcompensate with effort. You talk more, work later, try harder, and you are still starting every room a step behind men who put in half of what you do.

Book A CallHair and wardrobe move fast because they're one-time decisions. The body takes longer because it has to be built. We run them in that order so you look different within the first month. Three of the four parts are my job.
Ready to see how this looks on you? Book a call and let's find out.
Book A CallA hairstyle that suits his face shape, and a training program that integrates with his life seamlessly.
A hairstyle that suits his role, and earns him the trust and the respect of clients his senior.
"They said it suits me really well, makes my face look slimmer, I look more confident."
"Hey Jonty, our program has been great off to a fantastic start, I can already see the progress and also my peers and partner, I feel the program has also enhanced my sleep and mood, I'm excited to see what the next couple weeks and months look like."

Book A CallI take a small number of men one to one. Read both columns honestly before you book.
Hair changes the first time you sit in the chair. Wardrobe follows inside the first 30 days, because both of those are decisions rather than habits. The physique is the slow one. Six months or more depending on where you are starting from, and I will tell you on the call which end of that you are on.
Because both of those were guesses. A new barber does not know your face, your hair or your role, so you get their default. A program off the internet does not know your week, so the first busy stretch kills it.
Here we work out what objectively suits you, write it down so it repeats, and build the training around the schedule you already have. Then I check in daily so a wrong turn gets caught the same day instead of six weeks later.
One call with me, plus the training we agree on. I do not build a schedule that interferes with your life. We fit it into the life you have so it becomes sustainable long term. If your week changes, the plan changes with it.
Yes, and the order works in your favour. Hair and wardrobe move in the first month regardless of your training age, so you look different long before the body catches up. Starting from zero mainly affects the timeline on the physique.
The real disqualifier is showing up with no intention of changing anything you do daily, whatever your starting point actually is.
We look at where you are now, what you have already tried, and what you want people to think when you walk in. I tell you honestly what I would change first and in what order. If we are a fit, we talk about working together. If we are not, I will say so and point you somewhere useful.
It's a real conversation about where you're at and where you want to go, run by me personally.
Me. Every call, every piece of feedback, every Loom stays with me personally from start to finish, which is also why I only take a small number of men at once.
A trainer handles the body. A stylist handles the clothes. Hair is its own skill entirely, and it's the single fastest change to your face.
I handle the whole impression myself, in the order that gets you visible results first. One direction, from one person, start to finish.
No. We start with what you own, because most men own more workable pieces than they think and wear about a fifth of them. You get a prioritised buy list for the gaps, so your money goes toward pieces you'll actually wear.
It applies even more. A conservative industry narrows your options, which makes fit, grooming and hair carry almost all of the signal. We build for the room you're actually in, and your haircut is set to suit your role.
We work with the hair you have and find the cut that suits your face and your hairline as it is. Plenty of the sharpest looking men are thinning or shaved, and the ones who look bad about it are the ones fighting it.
If there is a medical hair concern, I refer you to the right professional for that side. I own the styling.
Most men who work with me invest somewhere between $5,000 and $7,000 for the full six months, depending on where you're starting from and what your plan ends up including.
I'll give you the exact number on the call, once I actually know what you need and what it would take to get you there.
Thirty minutes, one to one. I'll walk through your hair, your wardrobe and your frame with you directly and tell you exactly what I'd change first, in what order, and what it would actually take. No pitch, no pressure, just a straight read on where you're at.
A small number of one to one spots each month. Free call. Adults 18 and over.
